Hmwk: Review Grammar and Vocab from units 1, 2, 3, & 4. Bring a computer to class and come a little early to make sure you can connect to the internet. If you don't have a laptop, borrow one from Justin. We will start the test right at 9:00, so don't be late. You will have until break, 10:30, to complete the test.

If you would like 5 extra credit assignment points, you can record your answers for the Speaking Assignment. To see the questions and directions, choose ME, MENU, Speaking.
You have until Friday to record a video. If you don't record a video by Friday, I will listen to your answers in the hallway. :)

A. Circle the correct form of the verb: past simple or continuous. (5 points)
B. Complete the sentences with past simple, past continuous, or past perfect simple. (5 points)
C. Change the active sentence to past passive. (5 points)
D. Circle the vocabulary word that fits the sentences. (5 points)
E. Listening & Spelling. Write the sentence and spell the vocabulary word correctly. (3 points)
F. Speaking. Read the sentence. Say the vocabulary word correctly. (2 points)

A. Find the mistakes in the bold words and rewrite the sentence with correct present tense grammar. (5 points)
B. Decide if the sentences have state or dynamic verbs. If it is a state verb, make a present simple sentence. If it is a dynamic verb, make a present continuous sentence. (10 points)
C. Circle the vocabulary word that fits the sentences. (5 points)
D. Listening & Spelling. Write the sentence and spell the vocabulary word correctly. (3 points)
E. Speaking. Read the sentence. Say the vocabulary word correctly. (2 points)

Hmwk: Complete Vocabulary Practice #1. Make a copy, try every sentence, and share with me. You will lose points if there are empty sentences. Just try! We will correct together tomorrow morning. If you don't fix your mistakes, you will lose points.
Also, if you would like extra credit, bring a notebook to class to use for freewriting. This is worth 5 extra credit homework points. You have until Friday.
