Homework: If you had problems recording your Speaking Assignment (go to Me on SMRT), you can try again tonight. Follow the directions. If you still have problems, you can speak your answers to me after you complete the SMRT 5-8 Test tomorrow. Review for the Test. No paragraph! :)

Homework: Complete your Speaking Assignment YouTube. Here are the directions. Remember to click the blue "upload" button after your click stop recording.
I can help you submit the video to SMRT in class tomorrow morning, or you can follow the directions on the second page.
If it doen't work, just practice speaking your answers. You will say your answers to me after the SMRT 5-8 test on Friday.

  Part A: Rewrite the sentence using the present perfect, keeping the same meaning. (5 points)
  Part B: Write past simple or present perfect simple depending on the time expression (5 points)
  Part C: Use the present perfect simple with action verbs put and take to explain the location of the objects.
  Part D: Choose the best vocab word for the sentence. (5 points)
  Part E: Listen and write the sentence with correct spelling. (3 points)
  Part F: Read the sentence with correct pronunciation. (2 points)

Homework: Finish your paragraph. See my example if you have questions. Remember to use 3 vocab, 3 gerunds or infinitives, and at least 6 sentences.

Be on time for the Michigan Test tomorrow! If you miss the test, you can't move up at the end of the term. This test is a placement test; it isn't graded. It won't change your class grade. It gives information about your English level.
